In the future, there will be a significant need for new raw materials. STEP BV aims to respond to this need with business-minded, creative, and innovative solutions.
To achieve this, secondary material streams and industrial by-products — where possible combined with renewable energy — are valorised and integrated into new, more sustainable material applications.
This approach is often developed in synergy with one or more partners, both locally and internationally.
STEP develops and implements material solutions by integrating both conventional and circular material streams into compliant applications.

This mission also extends to the commercial development and market positioning of strategic raw materials, including European-sourced bauxite for aluminium and industrial value chains.
